Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing the full AR cycle, including payment posting, collections, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor AR aging report; follow up on past-due accounts
Post payments (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards) accurately and timely
Perform collections and resolve payment discrepancies
Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
Assist with month-end close and reporting

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
2+ years of accounts receivable experience
Strong understanding of AR processes and collections
Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems
Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
